On our 250+ acres of prime Loudoun County farmland we can grow most anything for you and even dedicate an area of our fields and gardens to your growing needs. We can work with you to design a custom plot that to provide you with locally grown and sustainably farmed agricultural products to meet your unique culinary needs. We are happy to meet with you and go over your menu needs for the next year or next season and then plant all herbs, vegetables, and even edible flowers to coincide with your menu planning.

We can also assist with single, special events such as weddings and menu tastings. For example, if you are planning a special heirloom tomato and basil event at your restaurant this summer, we can grow and provide you with the variety, quantity, and quality of any specific heirloom tomato and basil to make your event a smashing success. Or, if you are planning a wedding and want special flowers that aren’t shipped in from thousands of miles away, grown in hothouses, lacking any fragrance, then look no further. We plant hundreds of varieties of flowers and bulbs that can be grown just for you and your event and picked the morning of your big event!

What is also terrific about using our farm for your custom growing needs is that we can even provide you with the specific breed of beef, chicken, or lamb that meets your specialized needs. If you want a rare, heritage breed of duck, turkey or chicken or lamb for your menu — no problem! With proper advanced notice, we can lovingly and humanely raise the foul and animals free-range among our prized flocks and herds, and then have them butchered for you right before your event to ensure the utmost in freshness and flavor.

Arrangements for same-day delivery of our fine-butchered beef, lamb, and poultry can be made with your facility or caterer. The difference in flavor between food that has been processed weeks earlier and food that has just been processed is not to be believed.
